CEBEM Practical Course

“Advances in Protein Dynamics through Nuclear Spin Relaxation and Residual Dipolar Coupling”

The goal of the course is to teach the basic principles of nuclear spin relaxation and residual dipolar couplings and its use for experimental measurements of protein dynamics. It will also have practical classes:

  • measurements of relaxation parameters
  • relaxation dispersion
  • residual dipolar coupling
  • computational treatment of the experimental data.
